We purchased our Tango Franku Series 3 months ago and are absolutely stoked with the quality and everything about this van, we’ve already had a few trips in our van and can’t wait to continue making life long memories with our kids. Picked up our quad bunk Sarah series on the 18th Aug. This van is beautiful with lovely decals. The features inside amkes it look like a 5 star hotel on wheels. From the time we indicated interest to pickup, everything went smoothly and as planned; not even 1 day delay. Team Sarah is doing an amazing job. Thanks so much to Taylor for managing this process very well and Renee for the tour of the van before pickup. We will be testing this van and will give more feedback. So far these guys are legendary. We took our Tango van to get serviced on Monday and met Daniel who was on his first day. Without any handover he was just so engaging, customer friendly/focussed and also very experienced and capable.

He accommodated our plan to pick up the van Tuesday as we are 4 hours away in the country as we had previously arranged.

We picked up the van Tuesday arvo and also met Emma and Davyn. We couldn’t speak more highly of them, their attitude and professional servicing. They serviced the van and fixed a number of minor items.

I think the new Service Centre are on a winner with this team.

People are quick to jump on the negatives but these guys were just great, so just wanted to give them a shout out.
